I got my Overseas Birth Certificate replaced just by calling the contact centre and I was amazed how difficult it can be to get an Overseas Birth certificate if you are born at a British Military Hospital. The contact centre confirmed they replace all Military or Overseas Birth certificates that have been registered with the British Authorities.
